Henosis means oneness — clarity that comes from removing the unnecessary rather than adding more, and from decisions that reinforce each other over time instead of pulling in different directions. Fragmentation creates noise and inconsistency; coherence creates durability. Henosis is a discipline of deliberate choice: fewer decisions, made carefully; long horizons over short-term optimisation; and consistency between values and action.

We invest in a small number of businesses chosen through careful study, applying the principles and teachings of our mentors - Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger.

Selection

Preference is given to durable economics, capable and aligned management, and the ability to compound value over time.

Holding

Investments are held for many years. Turnover is low, and activity is subordinate to judgment. Time is treated as an advantage, not a constraint.

Risk

Unnecessary risk is avoided. Short-term optimisation and complexity are treated with caution. Decisions are made calmly, with consistency across cycles.
